Unclimbed gulley? 1 over from green's. Steep cav...

Many long moderate gullies up the west slope opposite Mt. Willey. The gullies, though moderate, are long, consistant, and offer some stunning views of the notch.

Getting There

Park on rt 302 on the east side and follow foot paths or bushwack to your climb. You will cross Saco river so be careful in spring conditions, but in winter the river is easy to manage.

Directly up the center is usually 3- to 3. The climb's submitter indicated "Climb six pitches of water ice 2, steps split between easy snow gullies."
