Getting There
Another wonderful Sierra hike.
From Road's End at Cedar Grove hike up Bubbs Creek, past Charlotte Creek, and a looong way to Junction Meadow, turn south, cross the creek (scariest part of the whole trip} and follow the trail, with amazing views of Mount Bago to the north, to East Lake which makes a very scenic camp spot for the East Ridge and North Face routes - 18 miles.

The first 3 pitches have loose blocks - so take care.P1 (5.7) Clim...[more]Browse More Classics in CA
