Found work for the winter season (nov-april) in Vail/Avon area but as of now it's housing dependent. I was hoping someone could shoot me some affordable housing beta but ideally am hoping someone is in need of a roommate close to the area.

check craigslist, or the vail paper usually has good ads too.

If you want to get creative, I have a friend who lives near minturn in a tent, or I lived in an igloo one winter, I can definitely give you some pointers. Living in the mtns is nice, but it takes some sacrifice and dedication to make it on a seasonal salary.
