Moving to SLC - Seeking partners

I'm moving to SLC the first week of June and will be looking for climbing partners - both to get to know the area and for the longer haul.

I climb sport, trad, and ice but I am partial to trad, and especially trad of the alpine variety. My climbing generally hovers in the mid-10 range, though I am looking to push further into 11s. I'm looking to get on some moderates at first while I familiarize myself with the area.

I've instructed climbing in the past and (perhaps as a consequence) tend to air on the conservative side when it comes to risk taking. I've been climbing for a decade and am competent in rope handling and basic rescue techniques.

I've joined the SLCA and plan on going to the June 9 fundraiser.
