I'm moving to Colorado Springs in Sept with my wife and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where to live. We are looking to rent for the first year or two. From what I've read we would like to stay on the west side but I'm not finding many good options, based on reviews, for renting. We are looking at some private rentals and a couple of complexes but any other opinions would be helpful. Thank you!!

Douglas Bruce didn't have anything available?? (Sorry, but couldn't help the inside joke. You will figure that one out after moving here). Our son lives at the Signature at Promontory Pointe. The views are astounding. There are many low-rent crack house and meth labs (just kidding) in the westside neighborhood along streets like Cucharras, Pikes Peak, etc, just west of 1-25, paralleling Colorado Ave. Hope this helps.
