The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb thin edges past a bulge to a high first bolt. Crux continues until you pass the second bolt and reach large holds. Continue up past a third bolt and either run it out to the anchor on easy territory or place some stoppers along the way.
