Description 

Mid to late season, ice forms when it's been particularly cold weather. Perhaps the best/biggest vertical ice in the cities when it forms.

Getting There 

The flow is located on the north east side of Franklin bridge on the Mississippi. Generally you can park on river rd just north of Franklin
