Climbing in Mankato is currently operating under a don't ask don't tell policy. It is imperative that climbers in Mankato keep an incredibly low profile at every destination entered.
Climbing in this area may or may not be trespassing - but nothing is posted. The police say that the land owners up above own to the top of the cliffs, and the city owns below the cliffs, so while you are climbing, you are fine?! :)

Description
The crux of this route is out in the middle of the traverse with the biggest fall potential.
Location
Start on the far left side of the boulder and traverse the obvious ledge system that runs around the entire boulder.
Protection
As the name implies, this climb is dangerous. Don't do it if you think you might fall as traversing out on this lip has you looking at a pretty sizable digger.
