BETA PHOTO: Saturday Buttress

Description

Starts out easy the crux is pulling the final moves. The crux is well protected with a small stopper. For an easier exit work right at the top (5.6).

  • RCM&W #67, p.47.

Location

This route begins in a small dihedral about 5 feet to the right of Ivy Right in a corner.

Protection

Standard rack. Standard top rope set up.

Great route. The majority of the climb is 5.5 or 5.6ish and the crux is definitely the last three or four moves. This would be a really great lead too, but be careful because the crux moves would be protected only by small nuts.
