I want to take some friends up to Devil's Lake, but need to rent some shoes, where can I go? We're coming from the Chicago suburbs, anywhere around there either?

There is a campground near the lake, it has a small climbing shop and they rent shoes (or at least they used to). Im not sure if they still rent shoes or what it costs.

I'm not 100% sure the name of the shop/campground but i think its wheeler's campground.

Wheelers Campground rents shoes. They are pretty good shoes too, if I remember correctly.

The campground is located very close to DL.

Wildside in Baraboo located a few minutes from DL also rents shoes. They are a major climbing gear retailer and sell all the top brands.
