lebanon hills is a great place to ride in the mlps area. The trail head is near the como( sp?) zoo. great flowy single track with lots of fun obstacles (a few jumps, drops and a good amount of elevated trails) and there is always red wing. i have never ridden there but i have heard that it is a great place to rip and there is even a DH course. It would be great to climb in the morning at Barn bluff and then ride the trails in the afternoon.

Going further south is Winona there are trails there but the last time i rode them the signs gave no direction to the trails at all. if you are interested in more of an adventure ride this would be it.

In La Crosse there are some great trails at the top of the bluffs. these trails are pretty techy lots of logs and steep climbs, but still a very fun place to ride. and afterwards the alpine in is always rewarding (also able to pair up climbing and biking at Granddads bluff and HPT human powered trails)

there are also more in the area let me know if you want more info
