This rock encompasses the majority of the Marker area, with the Inner Marker 'behind' it. There are a variety of fixed anchors across the fins and summits - check individual routes for details.
Follow the directions under the area. As you walk up the wide gully, the Middle Marker is the large, complex formation on the right.

A great, long climb. Incredible moves, incredible position. This route summits the main rock in the Marker formation. Gets my vote for the best 5.7 in Rushmore!Finding this route the first time around can be a bit of a chore... Follow directions to the route 'Star Dancer'.
