Description

Climb the water groove passing four bolts. Yes, the second bolt is there, it's just hidden by the "ape hanger" chicken head. Kinda sporty getting from the first to the second bolt but otherwise it's sport bolted. Short but lots of fun!

Location

On the upper tier above Fallout. First bolted route to the right of Neon Madman. Rap from bolts 5 feet to the right and climb Neon Madman!

Protection

Draws. A nut in Neon Madman is nice to protect the mantle getting to the first bolt.

You mean someone other than Bob Scarpelli did a FA out here? The Scarpelli fan club (Skip Harper) is going to be upset. Oh I see others do FA's but only Bob gets in the book.

Plenty of other people do FA's, and when they do, they get recognized. The reason you see Scarpellis name in the book so many times is because he really did in fact do THAT many FA's out here. It's not an ego stroke, its giving the proper recognition.

We know the guys a local legend. I was just dog'n Heel and Toe for not recognizing the other Great Climbers that have climbed her over the years.

Jammer you are so right. I think Bruce is jealous. Maybe some kind of envy if you know what I mean. Wink;}Wink;}...
