The third bolt on NoName 4.5 (an unknown 5.9), placed in a hollow flake. Would the flake ever come off if fallen on? Who knows, but it doesn't make sense when there's a great placement in great rock 12 inches to the right, particularly after seeing some of the effects of the freeze-thaw at the Puoux (such as a flake on a climb coming off on its own with a bolt in it).

One of the bolts in the upper roof section of Urban Cowboy (I believe the 6th bolt). You can see how the rock had fractured from underneath the bolt as it wasn't placed in a good, perpendicular alignment.
