The first mantle, then it gets steep.

Description

Many mantles, pretty steep with good edging.

A great alternative after you've burned your forearms with Mel's left and right laps.

Mels Diner is an awesome spot to close the day. Easy access and great landing area.

Protection

Medium cams for toprope anchor.

A fun diversion if in the area and you have the rope hanging there. Start up either of the Mel Cracks, traverse along the first horizontal until able to get stood up and repeat the process several times until reaching the top.
