Start on the North side with a reverse mantle, continue down into the small tunnel to find yourself inverted on the other side. Un-invert yo'self, then with an undercling and a sidepull, throw for the top and mantleshelf on up! The crux is staying off the ground while working into the foot jams, and so it is slightly contrived, but a good problem nonetheless. It may be difficult or impossible for wider folk....
This is on a boulder on the north side bridging the NE Fin #1 and #2 that has a small tunnel underneath it. MB 81721 is etched on its topside.
Crashpad under the South side might be helpful.
