Access Issue: Bridges Out! IMPORTANT LADWP NEGOTIATIONS!!
Details
Due to liability concerns, bridges are being removed in the Owens River Gorge at the request of LADWP. The Bishop Area Climbers Coalition and the Access Fund are currently in negotiations with LADWP to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, please continue to be good land stewards by respecting these bridge closures and finding alternate crossing points until this issue is resolved.
1) Never park or camp overnight at the access points.
2) Always park off the pavement, taking great care to avoid blocking the gates.
3) Clean up after your dogs. (Local climbers are finding abandoned doggie poop bags.)
4) Pack out all trash and TP, including picking up after others.
5) Use the outhouses if at all possible.

Description
AN 80 METER ROPE IS MANDATORY TO LOWER TO THE GROUND ON THIS ROUTE! THIS AREA IS HOME TO MANY ACCIDENTS. DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER. CLOSE YOUR SYSTEM WITH A KNOT!! Thank you.
Somewhat fun climbing on friable rock- tho the saving grace is that there are plenty of bolts. Crux is a long reach move several bolts from the top. Should have ended the route on the 2nd to last lead bolt. Debatable, in the beginning, if it would ever totally clean up, but seems to be heading there.
Location
Located just right of Love Sinks. Follows a grotty crack up the wall. 80 meter rope gets one lowered to the ground. 70 meter rope lowers one to the upper ledge with 3rd class down climb. Can be done with 60 meter rope but requires a double rap. Can also be done with 60 meter rope to the first pitch anchor of the route immediately right.
