Walter Huber & Steve Lazano got this about 2003/4 (in a monsoon using trad) -- they said they saw evidence possibly from Hill/Grossman &/or Hubbel tagged it much earlier; 70s/80s. Maybe Allen knows. There's an .11 right next to this, also.
