Hi Friends,

I will be enjoying my yearly week long stint in Carpinteria on the week of Independence day. The dates are not set in stone yet but I hope to be in town from 6/30-7/7, at the very least, four days around the fourth. This seems a little early to post, but I hope to link up with some awesome locals for awesome local climbing!

I'm laid back easy going, and get a long/bond with pretty much anyone. (very empathetic)I cruise 5.10s and similarly graded boulders all day with ease. I can climb most 5.11s, and hang dog up .12s. As far as bouldering goes I'm up for anything even if I can't climb it, I will always try. I am a great belayer and don't mind helping you project. (especially if you let me use your grigri) In my short climbing career (2+ years) I have done an adequate amount of sport/bouldering. I have done some trad belays/follows, and multipitch belays/follows. I come from central desert AZ, so I don't mind a little choss.

Side note: I have been an on/off freelance photographer for 7 years and if you have static lines and enough gear I would enjoy taking hanging photos of you climbing. And I may do so regardless, assuming I'm not preoccupied with climbing

Enough of the pleasantries, I can be reached via facebook, e-mail, or cellphone. My name on facebook is Karmel Honeyburg, (obviously not my real name) e-mail is tunberg.karl@gmail.com. If we like each other enough we can exchange phone numbers.

I look forward to hearing from one or ten of you. And regardless if you contact me or not, I hope your day/week/month/year/life is treating you extremely well!

Thanks,

Karl
