Hey SLC Climbers,

I moved to SLC a few months ago, had so much fun, I convinced one of my friends to move out here too. We are both professionals in our twenties and we are looking for a house or apartment (basement apartment okay too) to rent. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and other than that we are pretty flexible in what we are looking for.

Ideal location for us is south of 1300s, north of 4500s, and east of I-15.

If you know of anyone looking to rent out a place or who has a lease expiring soon on their rental, please let them know we are looking.

I sent you a text message earlier this evening about a place. PM me or text me back if you're interested.

Room is no longer available. As mentioned further down, things get hot this time of the year and you gotta jump fast on the good ones.

I will be having one room open at September first, or sooner.

My house is in Cottonwood Heights.

I know you are looking for 2 rooms but send me a PM if you're interested and I'll send you more info.

Probably a good idea to call out your price range, smoking/non-smoking, any pets, LDS verse non-LDS, moving in date (AKA when you could start paying rent and/or when you must be moved in).

FYI, The rental market here peeks in craziness as the ski resort seasonals roll into town. So if you're looking for someone to hold rooms/apartment/basement at this time of year without starting to pay rent it can be a big ask.

If you're still looking for a room I'd suggest you make your own post. People with rooms might miss you plus you can answer the questions above for yourself. It's not a big deal to put up another post. It will roll off fast enough or just delete it when you find a place.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
