| ***NEW LOCATION: Due to the increasingly large size of our group, I'm changing the location of Beanfest to the west side of the stronghold, ISLE OF YOU area. This will give us more room to camp and spread out, while minimizing our impact on the area.*** Directions to Isle of You area are posted below. It's finally my turn to be the Beanmaster! I am SO excited, and I'm going to try to put together the best Beanfest ever. I know I've got a lot to live up to, but I'm really looking forward to having some great games, tons of prizes, and just a kickass party. There will be a haunted house and a costume contest on Saturday night. Come in your Halloween finest! | Brigette- Not sure if you spoke with Jason yet. Rocks and Ropes is psyched to do a donation for the Beanfest and help advertise. I know that every Beanmaster does things differently to attract the hoards of climbers out to the Stronghold, but in years past we have had flyers up in the gym as well as announcements made at the REEL ROCK Tour. We are willing to do this again this year. Just let me know. We are happy to help and want to be involved. Luke Bertelsen Rocks and Ropes GM luke@rocksandropes.com | FLAG |

| Hi Luke, I did email Jason, and he was going to leave something at the front desk for me. Stef couldn't find it last night, but I can stop by again. I'd love to get a poster up at R&R, as well as at Reel Rock. My design genius is working on something now; I'll get it to you ASAP. Thanks! | FLAG |

Hey Mike: If you can get to the Phoenix area you can ride the rest of the way with us. Not entirely helpful, I know, but might save you a couple bucks. - Shawn | FLAG |

| An awesome shirt design by graphic designer Jenn Yamnitz is in the works! There will be men's and ladies' t-shirts and tanks available. T-shirts will be $15 each, and tanks will be $20 each. Since I have to pay up front for the shirts, and I don't want to get stuck with any unsold ones, I'm ordering a conservative number. There will be 50 total shirts available at Beanfest, on a first-come-first-served basis. If I run out, I'll be glad to reorder after Beanfest for anyone who wants to prepay. | FLAG |
