Let's face it, we're climbers in the Midwest, and that means we need to be creative sometimes. I have felt for a while that Devil's Lake needs an area for the types of things that us Mid-westerners' come up with to keep ourselves entertained and motivated in the flatland.
So I propose that this should be the place to post the linkups, challenges, and other weird "route-ish" things that you come up with to keep yourelf entertained, motivated and/or train for the mountains.
Follow the directions for Devil's Lake and then listen to the voices in your head.
The biggest drainage on the North Face of the South Bluff. You won't need an ice axe or crampons, but they'll make it more enjoyable and help create the illusion that you're actually in a real couloir.
