Description
The hardest straight-up line on the wall is also one of the best, with flawless rock, intense climbing and a fun, airy finish. Krampfhammer is not the typical Weissenstein pumpfest, instead offering a distinct crux of burly cranks from small pockets. The cruxy and fingery nature of the climb deters many, and as such, its one of the few routes here that rarely has a line.
Easy moves up the vertical wall end in a blank panel just below the bulge. Three consecutive mono moves gain the bulge, culminating in a long, committing lunge. By the time you reach the steepness, the main difficulties are over, though the building pump can still sabotage your send.
