Temporary closures near Fiscal Cliff: May-July 2014 MORE INFO >>>

Description

Start as low as possible on a white jug. Boulder steep, fun and easy moves on jugs to a harder section with a big undercling and a couple right hand crimps. Rest at the start of Ken T'ank (but not on the ground!), clip a rope onto your harness, and climb Ken T'ank.

Location

Start down the hill beneath the start of Ken T'ank.

Protection

You may want a crashpad for the bouldering. The bolt count is same as the regular Ken T'ank.

Congrats, that would of been a hell of a pump to go into the crux with.

I think it's better listed as a separate route. That way the star & grade consensus can be formed independently. The site is more useful as a database that way. If you are searching for CCC 12d's, this route would not come up if it was posted as a comment under Ken T'ank.

Thanks for the opinion, Mono. I guess I'll keep it up as a route.
