| Daily Camera article <<< Invalid image id: 107669230 >>> Boulder police are asking for the public's help in finding a 19-year-old University of Colorado student who has been missing since Sunday and may be in the area west of the National Center for Atmospheric Research's Mesa Lab. ... On Thursday night, a 2004 blue Audi TT Roadster belonging to Valore was found in the parking lot of NCAR's Mesa Lab, 1850 Table Mesa Drive, near a trail area the avid hiker was known to frequent, police said. Hiking gear that police determined was missing from Valore's residence after a search Thursday was not found in the vehicle and there were no signs of foul play at the scene, police said. Valore usually wears cargo shorts, a T-shirt and a bright-colored hooded sweatshirt when hiking and typically carries a black JanSport backpack, police said. Search and rescue teams have been looking in the foothills west of NCAR for Valore, and know he likes to hike in a nearby bouldering area or the area known as Mallory Cave. Police are asking anyone who may have seen Valore or has information about his whereabouts to call Boulder police dispatch at 303-441-3333. | FLAG |

| Unfortunatly, I think they may have found him on Friday evening around 715pm. The Daily Camera Article says they found a male body at the base of a rock ridge. However they did not yet confirm it was him. So sad and I am very sorry to read this article. Condolences to everyone. Not sure if he was climbing, but this hits close to home for me, as soloing in the flatirons is one of my favorite things to do. | FLAG |

| That's so sad. How many of us go out alone to do a little scrambling or soloing? So sorry for his family and friends. | FLAG |
