Description

I think I like this link up more than Land Ho! which I like quite a bit.

Start up on the cracked corner of Keel Hauled (5.12b), but rather than breaking left up the "V" groove of that route continue up the corner passed a short technical crux that puts you on a ledge. If you were going for Saint Elmo's Fire (5.12a), you would head left here but this link up continues up and right to join Land Ho! on easy holds to the top.

Location

Right up the big cracked corner.

Protection

bolts to chains.

With the exception of the last 10 feet, this climb stays dry in the rain. I think it was 7 or 8 bolts to a chain anchor depending on what you clip...

I think this route is great and deserving of more buzz! The corner crack system is a blast to climb, then it meets up with land ho for one of the best top-outs at rumney. Make sure you climb it when you're up there. The clean is a bit of a pain... But worth it!
