Description

This small boulder area has about 15 established boulder problems from V1-V8. Landings are some of the worst you can find so bring a lot of pads and spotters.

Getting There

Type "Jefferson Lake, Wa" into google maps as your destination and it will take right to the lake. The boulders are located about a 1/4 mile before the lake so if you reach the lake you have gone to far. There is a small pulloff on the left to park and all of the boulders are within a 7 minute walk.

Olympic New Sit V7 7A+  WA : Olympic National Park : ... : The Olympic Boulder
Start sitting very low on the left side of the steep face with a big left hand jug and a hidden right hand two finger pocket. Work up (big first move) then right, moving into Olympic New and finishing for that problem. Potentially the best problem in the Olympics which really isn't saying much but this is a classic problem....[more]   Browse More Classics in WA
