In Moab is Mar 23-31 FYI.

Have any of you been in Castle Valley during this event? If so, how was it?

They do a ride to Top of the World, but that may be their only ride out that way, at least the first weekend. Wondering if they camp in Onion Creek.

Would not consider going into town. Just looking for reasonable peace at the camp scene. Thanks Larry for your input. I'm again dissuaded by too many people.

Have to admit to never having stayed at that now-official Castleton campsite. Always pulled back the barb-wire gate and headed up to the ridge, but I guess thats off limits nowadays. Still prefer it, though. Maybe I need to find a new campsite somewhere in there.

That is a nice weekend to be in the swell instead.
