Jacoby Canyon climbing

Description

Jacoby Canyon is a small canyon east of Tanglewood Slabs, made up of Quartzite cliffs. There are two areas; The Shooting Gallery, and Gunslinger Rock. It is located a mile or so east of the popular Holcomb Valley Pinnacles area.

Getting There

Drive 3.2 miles east from the intersection of Van Dusen Canyon Rd. and 3N16. Park at the intersectiion of 3N16 and 3N02, and walk down into the stream bed. Head east about 150 yards and you will see the crags. They are very small, but steep and fun to climb on.
