ISO golden room or room mate!

About to move from Chattanooga, TN to Golden. I will be driving out there August 15th and will dirt bag around until I find a good room mate/living situation. I am 27 years old, have been working in EMS for the last 4 years. I love long multipitch trad days, hard sport, and tough boulders.

Looking to rent a room or for somebody who would want to split a 2 or 3 bedroom place.

I am going to be working full time as a paramedic for Denver Health so I possess the following qualities, and am looking for somebody similar in a room mate.

Very clean
Responsible
Rests a lot, needs quiet hours to be observed strictly
Infrequent 420 usage, I'm ok with it but unable to partake due to work and would rather not be frequently tempted
I love having get togethers, 10 folks or so...I'm very social when I'm not working or resting.
