Was a lower bolt added to this climb or am I confused? It seemed like the first bolt was higher last time I did this route, two years ago. I can be confused though, after all I just received my AARP invitation letter last week.

A bolt was added. The big flake that the leader stood on to clip the first bolt came off, so a new bolt was placed lower to avoid groundfall....

That's what it looked like, thanks for getting back to me, Stewart.

Wandering, forced, and poorer rock than usual (even for RRC). Check out the z-pattern at top if you clip all the bolts. Allows for an interesting, hard and more direct toprope starting a little left of the line.

I'm not sure what is meant by "forced." Wandering, yes, as it follows the natural weaknesses in the rock. Great test piece for RRC .10a friction, imho.
