Deliverance

Description

An ultra-classic jump problem which requires strength and finesse. Gain the tips crack on the left side of the concave face, then balance rightwards up polished smears to reach the 'flake'. A hard one-armed pull leads to the flat top edge of the boulder and either heartbreak or gratification.

Location

On the south end of the square-cut Pebble boulder, near the Plantation trees.

Protection

Several pads. A fall on the last move sends the climber ricocheting off the bottom of the slab.

One of the world's great dyno problems. Watch the old school "One Summer in the Peak" and see Sean Myles totally school this. If John Gill had visited the Peak he would have drooled over this problem.
