Jordan is a country full of history and wonder. The local people are generally extremely hospitable and helpful. The weather is similar to the rest of the Middle East, HOT! The local currency is the the Dinar, which is currently .71 to the US Dollar (100 US Dollars = 71 Dinars) [2009]. The best climbing in Jordan can be found in the south, in the vast desert of Wadi Rum, near Petra. I am still working on compiling more data...
