Description 

The cliff is sheltered from the wind and has southern exposure. Great for the cold fall days but can get extremely hot during the summer


Getting There 

There are three parking lots spread conveniently along the cliff edge depending on what section of the cliff you want to climb on, approach time is approximately 7 minutes and 22 seconds. Located approximately 1/2 east of Stuttgart along the A8, exit for Kircheim Unter Tech (ost) near the town of Shopflach.

That was my attempt at humour...it is a short walk from the car to all parts of the cliff.

Where exactly is this place? Could you add a bit more description about its location?

Edited the directions. The company Panico has several guides for the Stuttgart area, the best guide is the best of the Schwabische Alb. This book includes the best areas around Stuttgart, most within an hour drive of down town.
