This climb is an Orient Bay classic. Enormously fat ice with huge variation in steepness. There are so many variations to choose from, but farthest to the left tends to be more stepy and it gets more difficult and steep the further right you go. This route is perfect height for a 60m toprope and is a great place to bring beginners. You can set up at least 4 different TRs. This climb is also the site of clinics during the annual Nipigon Ice Fest.

Location
Past the Trans-Canada Pipeline Station along Highway 11 going North, drive until you see this formation on your right, you really can't miss it. There is a parking lot with a blue interpretive sign on your right. The lot is not plowed so you might have to park on the road. Watch out for semis. Walk along the highway until you can cut in and follow the access trail.
To get down there are rap bolts at top right of the route (could be iced over), or there is a steep trail on the left side.
