Description

This is an adventurous southwest-facing crag just outside the boundary of Davis Lake Provincial Park, east of Mission in the Hatzic Valley area. The crag is granite, about three pitches high and southwest-facing with some loose rock in broken corners, but generally solid overall, with positive holds.

Getting There

From downtown Mission, follow Highway 7 east to Hatzic Lake and turn north on Sylvester Road. Follow Sylvester Road north until pavement ends and it becomes the Lost Creek Forest Service Road. drive the Lost Creek FSR for 1km to Murdo Creek, cross the bridge over the creek and continue 300m or so further. Park in the obvious pullout. he lake is downhill to your west and the cliff is quite obvious uphill to the east above a forested talus slope.
