Access for 2008 and beyond has been the focus of a great deal of activity by a lot of people who deserve our thanks. The land purchase is pretty much done, but access and parking at the new site isn't going to be ready for 2008 so the use of Braeside for 2008 is big relief.

Description
One of the closest and most popular areas to the Braesyde parking lot. This large piece of rock has a handful of different areas with quality climbing mostly sport and some trad. The climbing areas here all face the sun most of the day but the walls on the lower half are protected a bit with trees. There is usually a nice breeze moving through Shady Valley all day.
Getting There
When you get to the top of the the stairs from hell you'll turn left up the Shady Valley. You go past The Fortress and will see some large crags on your left, this is Red Tail. Hard to miss.
