This route starts in the main weakness between the popular the Lions Way II 5.6 and Tiger Tail II 5.9 and begins with some 4th class terrain. The route aims for an excellent but short section of interesting 5.8 crack climbing. After this it continues on some fairy lichen covered climbing up to 5.6 until it eventually joins in below the classic 5.3 section of Lions Way. This route was named in honor of the wet munge experienced during the 1st ascent. It might have cleaned up over the years- but it is not as quality of an outing as its neighbors. It is a good option if you have done everything else on the formation or if your route of choice is occupied. This route was climbed again by another party in 1996 and named Lions and Tigers (my fault, as I failed to relay the information of the ascent in a timely fashion) - either way it is another reasonably graded option above Applebee Dome camp.
