That route's called Time Warp and the guide book calls it 5.10a. It's one of my favorites in the canyon

Thanks for the update Cam. I remember that pitch as being a lot of fun. Interesting that we were so off on the grade though. We didn't manage to get a guidebook before going there so we just did what looked fun. How good is the guide?

The guide book is pretty good, you can get it for $10 dollars at the Valhalla Pure in Vernon. Cougar Canyon has a bit of a reputation for being sandbagged, so a few of the climbs feel a little harder than they're graded.
