EEOR = East End of Rundle (i.e. Mount Rundle). The West end of Mount Rundle overlooks the town of Banff. Rundle is a great all-around mountain: world class ice-climbing on the north side, multi-pitch trad and sport rock climbing on the east end, a long, adventurous traverse from east to west (or the reverse) and a great scramble on the south side starting right in the town of Banff.
