I pulled/strained an intercostal muscle on my right side after back to back long bouldering sessions. Anything involving the abs while extended or twisting is out of the question right now. But i don't really want to lose the fitness gained over the past season. I can do pushups and front planks without pain, but in comparison, it hurts like hell to crawl. Maybe throw in a bunch of wrist curls? I haven't tried crimping on a hang board yet, although i'll need to support my legs since it hurts when i'm fully extended. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
