Anyone know of any places? Seems like there is no climbing or anything outdoorsy to do in San Antonio.

Thank you!

Ignore Marc's comment. He's in Utah and doesn't appreciate that it's hard to get the low down on SA climbing.

Access is a problem in San Antonio. Their parks department isn't friendly to climbers, and it seems like most rock is on private land anyway.

I'm not a local, but SA friends complain they only have a Lifetime Fitness and a small bouldering club.

Enchanted Rock (sharp granite domes) is well worth the drive once things cool down.

I am a local in SA. The only climbing neat us is Reimers which is west of Austin and about 1.5 hrs away. Enchanted is ok but can be hot until it cools down. Otherwise go south to Mexico!
