Iowa has many indoor climbing walls. Some are open to the public and others are private. Some require membership, or a daily use fee, and may ask you to read and sign a waiver. Other indoor facilities are very informal and by invitation only. These are typically smaller in size and protected with bouldering pads and excellent attentive spotting.

Please feel free to contribute information about your indoor climbing wall. It could be a public university wall or something you set up at home. This is the place to share information about Iowa Indoor Climbing Walls.

Please add an AREA for your indoor climbing facility.
From there you may add individual routes.

You may choose a top rope on the right or left side of this crack. Please comment on first ascent and actual route name if you have information. "Floor-to-Ceiling crack" is a place-holder name for now....[more]   Browse More Classics in IA

I'm thinking about removing the indoor climbing pages.
At least the 'route' pages.
