Indian Himalaya - June 1 -15

I am looking for a climbing partner for the first two weeks of June. This is the very end of the pre-monsoon season. I am particularly interested in heading up to Sikkim and attempting one of the few open peaks (Frey, for example). These are technical climbs, graded to D+. But I would be open to heading elsewhere too.
