Description

This highly featured, West facing wall is home to the classic route The Drilling Fields. The main potion of this wall stays in the shade until around 1pm, and the nice ledge system at the bottom makes for casual, comfy belaying.

Getting There

Park at Parking Lot Rock area and walk on the good trail towards Morning Glory Spire (head right from the parking area). Follow the trail left around Morning Glory and take the right fork down the creek between Rabbit Rock and Morning Glory. Continue on this trail for a few minutes until the steep, featured wall of The Drilling Fields appears on your left. Some easy scrambling takes you to a ledge system. A 10-15 minute walk from the parking area.
