FYI
I was at Hully Gully for the first time this season & found that the two bolts up top have been chopped. Not sure if it was the city of Colorado Springs, a climber, or a nearby land owner, but nonetheless they are gone. Just want to let folks know they should be prepared with alternative anchors.
Regarding conditions, it's definitely in. The ice was showing signs of crowds though. We climbed in the evening and had the place to ourselves. Very nice!

To whomever decide to remove the anchors, please at least return the hardware to me.

No word on who chopped the bolts yet? Someone has to know something. Anyone?
