Ice Bjorg

Description 

Ice Bjorg may also be known as Kaldakin from an article in Alpinist, and another in Gripped. But as Peter Bjorg tells me, (third generation owner of the farm) it is Bjorg, and Peter refers to it as Ice Bjorg.

The cliffs stretch from the farm 2.5 kilometers to the sea, and multiple lines form. Most of the cliffs face East and receive good sun.

Peter and his wife Konny are wonderful hosts. They have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house they rent. If you like Konny will prepare meals at the main house which is HIGHLY recommended. The meals and the company were great each night.

Getting There 

Ice Bjorg is a little over an hours drive from Akureyji, which was a 45 min flight from Reykjavik. HIGHLY recommend taking the flight in stead of driving.
