Description 

the title is actually Iatrogenic pain which means "pain inflicted by medical personel" the climb leads right and climbs over two roofs, the first being a lodged block.

Fair 5.10d...sign on route gives a sandbagged 5.11a...most of the climb is 5.10- but crux is reasonably a 5.11 careful balanced mantle. Poorly bolted, falling at crux will result in decking on a ledge unless belayer is very attentive.
