Upper HC.
Upper & lLower Holy cross Arena (First established, in the mid '90s) the Holy Cross Boulders also known as Upper & Lower Arena have revealed dozens of quality boulder problems ranging from V0s to Vhard with approach times from 15 to 20 minutes.
Getting There Take Little Park Road heading towards the Colorado National Monument approximately 3 miles. Park at the Lunch Loop trail head on the left, just after the last house on Little Park Rd. Hike down the Holy Cross trail, then take a right at the first fork, the trail sign will read Preup to Holy Cross, go right. This will take you to a ridge overlooking Upper & Lower Holy cross trail . You're within 1/4 mile of the boulders, then drop into the valley on the left. This is upper HC Arena, (stay on trail). Approach time is 20 minutes.

Anyone know ANYTHING about the HC Boulder? Any info would be great. I've spent 10 hours looking with no luck. Would love to see this thing.

This area blows.... I've spent 2-3 years out in this area - scouring EVERYTHING. This area is the biggest let down. SO MUCH potential - and yet it's absolute shit. MAYBE 3 ok problems in the entire 10 square mile radius. I've searched high and low and damn near dried out in the warmer months pushing around the next bend looking for solid rock. Believe me when I say NOTHING is here.

I could be wrong, but the photo looks like the boulders on Raven Ridge trail, approx. 1 mile south of Lunch Loop parking lot.

| Though a lot of this rock is friable, LDY established a really solid (for the grade and rock quality), though hard to find, V10 called The Wormhole and a project that I came close to sending last time back in town that is approximately V11/12 (solid in both aspects as well). There are a few other easier problems that are great as well. Caleb is right, though, there are a lot of friable holds on the majority of the boulders.
- *I have GPS coordinates to these if anyone would like the locations of the above said problems.

Jared, if you could send me some info on how to get to some boulders out here, that'd be awesome. I've gone out a lot just because it's a new and different area, but there's so little info on it. Thanks in advance!

I'd also like some info, I've been unable to find anything despite numerous efforts. I'd be really interested in looking at these lines.
