Here's something to actually be concerned about. |

Federal, State and Local governments have been contracting with private companies for over 100 years for various services, many times it is just staff augmentation disguised as a service contract. If you are worried about this you would have a heart attack if you saw how government is run writ large. Carlsbad Caverns has an elevator maintained by the Park Service and that is fine with you. They bring in say..... Otis Elevator to run the elevator and now its a problem? Or are you freaking out over seeing a Microsoft logo in your National park because the Dept. Of Interior and Parks Service logos are so much more appealing? |

You can't ban someone from a national park. I mean good luck it isn't like they check IDs when you enter. They really should fine & jail them for a few months, that would be more likely to deter people from doing it. |

This happened well over a year ago... maybe closer to 2 years. This isnt new. 2000 hours community service and a ban of what 6 or 9 years. She got off pretty light. |

She can easily walk into a park, but if she is caught, she will be traspassing ... or worse. Maybe she'll heed the ban. Maybe not. Maybe she'll get caught. Maybe not. Either way, she's an a** h***. Sounds like she's still good to go on FS land, BLM land, Wildlife Refuges, State Parks, etc. There's a lot of land out there. So technically she could still purchase an Eagle Pass or whatever they call it and it would be good for other Federal lands besides National Parks. |

Had you read the first paragraph you would have read the following: A woman was banned from all national parks and federally administered land |

Let's see what happens when putting up with her shit isn't justified by her looks. Hopefully she won't get away with too much damage to the world between here and there. |
